  3. IBM CONCERT Pilots User tests • Done by all three pilot libraries • Full support by IBM staff in pilot week • Questionnaire or web survey covering every aspect of the tool • Outcomes collated and sent to IBM

IBM CONCERT Pilots Integration into library workflow • Done by the KB • Three scenarios worked out by KB information analyst • As part of digitisation activities • After a collection has been made available • Both during digitisation and after a collection has been made available • Discussions between IBM Haifa and KB digitisation experts • Conclusion: Scenario 1 was seen as the best option for the KB

IBM CONCERT Pilots Recommendations • User tests • In-tool help function • Track progress while working • Some minor issues (extra buttons or clarification of segmentation) • Workflow implementation • Pilot with a service provider • Use existing OCR files as input • All recommendations have been logged by IBM Haifa and where possible also implemented
