  4. Sharing practice across vocational (clinical)/non-vocational disciplines Practical Level • Skills portfolio – all skills require evidence and ‘sign off’ by academic or clinician • Reflection & Action plans – sign off by academic or clinician

  5. Academic Advisors (AAs) & Alumni Supervision • AAs – review skills portfolios & action plans twice per semester (that is the plan!) Support • Alumni – targeted career panels & mentorship – model ‘graduate identities’
