Filters Manufacturer and Supplier by LNT Industrial Engineering Services LNT Industrial Engineering Services has been in the field of Filter manufacturing and fabrication in Filtration and Separation Technology for more than two and a half decades. We specialize in manufacture of Filters, Strainers, Screens, Level gauges, Demister pads, Heat Exchangers, Separators, Atomizers, Agitators, Heaters and other special items. We also undertake manufacture of all above mentioned items as import substitutes. Filters are an invariable part of all Industries. Raw materials like kerosene, diesel, petrol, paraffin used in industries such as Oil & Petroleum are filtered by use of various types of filters. Other area of Filtration is separation of contamination in Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Ammonia, Freon, Steam, Water, Acids, Bases, Pharmaceutical Chemicals, Resins, Paint, Wax, etc,.

PLEATED MEDIA FILTERS Available in Wire Screen, Paper, Synthetic (woven and non woven), Micro glass fibre and Membrane media with a micron rating of upto 0.1 microns with support parts of Plated steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium, Brass, Plastics etc,. These filters can be supplied in any practical size. L&T Filtration manufacture and supply a range of pleated air filter media including polypropylene, polyester and activated carbon polyester which meet the EN 779:2012 industrial standard for coarse and fine filtration efficiency. Our pleated media is ideally suited for manufacturing disposable pleated panel filters, mini-cell panel filters, rigid filters, etc. Polypropylene Pleated filter media from L&T offer high dust loading for maximum service life while reducing airflow resistance. Multiple types available for your selection. Pleated Filter Media range is available in bulk roll and pleated packs that are suitable for installation in V-cell, Mini- pleat and Compact Rigid Filters.

YARN WOUND FILTERS Product Details : Manufactured in Cotton, Viscose, Polypropylene, Glass fibre with a core of Steel, Plated Steel, Stainless Steel and other Special Material as per the application. Manufactured by our experienced professionals using100% pure thread with the help of latest techniques, these cartridges are used for the depth filtration purpose in various industries like food and beverage, chemicals, photographic, hospitals, oil production, effluent treatment, reverse osmosis and other industries. Our clients can avail these Yarn Wound Filter Cartridges from us ion various specifications as per their specific requirements.

  6. HEPA Filters Made of micro glass fibre with a guaranteed efficiency of 99.97% for 0.3 microns. This media is folded and fixed in a casing with corrugated Separators. High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA), also known as high- efficiency particulate absorbing and high-efficiency particulate arrestance, is an efficiency standard of air filter. Hepa filters are filters with very strong drafting power. Hepa filters are mostly used in hospital buildings, operating rooms and especially in clean rooms. Since it has a safe structure and its gravity is extremely good, it keeps the moisture, temperature, dust and other elements in the environment in balance and provides a healthier environment.

  8. Oil Filters Product Details : •Material | Paper Core, Glass Fiber, Wiremesh An Oil Filter is a filter designed to remove contaminants from engine oil, transmission oil, lubricating oil, or hydraulic oil. Oil filters are used in many different types of hydraulic machinery.

Duplex Filters Product Details : Duplex Filter or twin basket Filter is a type of filter built into a fuel, oil or water piping system and it is used to remove large particles of dirt and debris. The duplex Filter system usually consists of two separate strainer baskets housings. The system also contains a valve handle placed between the two baskets to divert the flow of liquid to one Filter while the other is being cleaned. On some Filters, the valve will work automatically and the strainer will perform a self-cleaning operation. Duplex Strainers are used in several liquid system applications. The primary advantage of these strainers is that the two chamber construction allows continuous operation without any shut down for cleaning the filter component unlike Y-type or Mono inline types which must be isolated from the process before the maintenance.
