  12. V. PTSA BUSINESS—PIZZA FUNDRAISER www.giannis.com Did you know that Americans eat over 100 acres of pizza a day ?  That is more than 350 slices per MINUTE. Everyone loves pizza which is why Gianni's is your best choice for your next fundraiser. SuperBowl is a great time to hold your next fundraiser. Your friends and family will be hosting parties full of snacks and pizzas.  Why not let them buy them from your Gianni's fundraiser.  They get the delicious snacks they love and your group gets the money they need. Wings, pretzels, pizza, and delicious desserts will help complete this year's SuperBowl party.  Call your local rep or Gianni's now to book your next sale.

NEW PTSA COMMITTEE REFLECTIONS PROGRAM—Marta Thompson & April Gray • WLMS will enter in 2 categories:  Photography and visual arts. • The theme this year is "Beauty is......" • - Participants can submit multiple entries. • - Entries due: Friday Dec. 11, 2009 to Ms. Gray. • The top 4 entries in each category will be selected. • They will compete in a county wide competition. • Winners of those will compete at a state wide level. • - Assistance needed with judging—Contact Ms. Gray or Marta Thompson (410 772-0069). • - Contest will be announced this week.

  16. VI. NEW PTSA COMMITTEE ADDITIONAL IDEAS—LaTreya Manning • Guest speakers from the community who could come in and talk about entrepreneurship. • Police officers come in and talk about safety at school and home.  • A mentorship level or beginning a girls/boys outreach program that builds self esteem in our children.  • Get more father's involved in the school.  How about and dad's day where they come in and assist in the classrooms?
