  • Work in partnership with school to create an inclusive welcoming school
  • Promote partnership between, the school its pupils and parents
  • Develop and engage in activities which support the education and welfare of the pupils
  • Identify and represent the views of all parents with regards the education and welfare of the pupils

  • Discussing ‘How good is our School’ - June.
    • Parental Involvement – ideas.
  • What about a day where parents come into school and talk about their jobs?
  • Suggested that we could organise and run over a week.
  • Alison Irvine – Head Teacher agreed to a week in November.

  • Sub-Group – 2/3 people planning.
  • Discussions over summer on outline for week.
  • Agreed with school at start of term.
  • Letters asking from help from parents, via school.
  • More detailed planning.
  • Approached others to help (EA, RBS, Tesco……).
  • Regular updates with Head Teacher.

  • School happy to repeat next year.
