Clinical Scenario AJ • Aj’s Father, 57 years old • A businessman • Avid golfer • Chief Complaint: glare, blurring of vision, diplopia of the right eye • HPI: Symptoms were experienced for 1 year duration • Went to the ophthalmologist • Diagnosed with Cataract • The doctor gave him a choice on what Intraocular lens design he would like to avail. • Aj’s father was wondering what design will give the best prognosis in terms of visual acuity, so he asked his son.
