Background & Objective • Background • We will launch new MSO/DPO5000 and MSO/DPO4000B scopes. • Our competitor’s new product will launch in Feb and will penetrate the market from March. • Objective - New product introduction (awareness) - Grab new customers from Agilent through event - Maintain customers’ loyalty - Show Tektronix scope leading position - Generate leads and sales

Rules of Competition • 会场共分n组（根据实际人数），每组9人，每三人作为一个团队。（现场会分好色卡，共三种颜色，每一个团队一种颜色） • 现场每桌放一台仪器，5000或者4000B。比赛从使用4000B的那几组中挑出一组优胜，再从5000那几组中挑出一组优胜 • 比赛：每组根据要求操作DCSA，拿同一颜色的三个人为一个团队完成一个任务（DCSA共3个任务，每组需9个人参与） • 主持人宣布开始，每组的第一个任务的操作人员开始操作，现场安排我们自己的督导，负责监督并计时，参加比赛的人员一旦完成任务立即举手，督导记录时间。 • 第二、第三个任务同样进行，最后督导统计哪组在操作完DCSA所有任务最快的那组每人获得鼓励奖 • 茶歇阶段，之前操作4000B和之前操作5000的人互相更换位置 • 然后由操作4000B、5000的获胜组推荐一个人上台操作Agilent设备。结果所耗时间比之前长很多，主持人用引导性的问题让操作人员说出用我们产品的感受及优势。 • 最后主持人请上演讲嘉宾上台讲PPT，阐述产品参数对比，并强调为什么我们的产品比agilent快，同时做Golden demo。 实验内容目的：更多人参与；突出示波器“加快调试每一个阶段”的主旨；突出我们产品比 agilent的优越性
