  6. Required Questions for Examining Student Growth Has instructional and intervention program been provided with fidelity? Who has observed this directly? How was the person performing intervention trained? Has student attendance been acceptable? Is core instruction also being provided in reading? Or, is student missing core instruction? Does instruction and intervention address student skill deficits? What other factors could be impacting student performance? Has the person assessing and instructing the student been consistent?
