Barriers To Adoption Of eLearning • What are the biggest obstacles to the adoption of technology and eLearning in our schools? • Is it funding? • Is it lack of connectivity? • Is it lack of trained teachers? • Is a lack of effective digital curriculum? • Is it lack of technology – computers or other devices, networks, • In my opinion these are not the biggest barriers

The Biggest Barriers • The biggest barriers are • Lack of public understanding of and lack of support for eLearning • What eLearning and technology in education is • The power and benefits of eLearning • The status of adoption of eLearning • Previous failures • Lack of a clear vision, plan, and strategy at all levels • Lack of political will and public policy
