    • Provides energy
    • Nuts, olive oil, etc…
  • Bad (saturated)
    • Makes you gain weight
    • Causes heart disease and weight problems
    • Fast & processed foods, baked goods, etc…
  • Stored when needed

  • Types:
  • 50,000 different types
  • Forms our organs, nerves, and muscles
  • Assembles hormones
  • Eat one gram per kilogram of weight
  • Good sources:
  • Beef, lamb, venison, buffalo, pork, etc…
