  2. Feeding Frontline Workers: Little Beet Table Takes Part in the #InMyScrubs Challenge With recent events, healthcare workers need all of the support they can get. Luckily, places like Little Beet Table and their sister concept The Little Beet are stepping up to help feed them by joining in with the #InMyScrubs Challenge. It’s the small things, like a fresh, healthy meal that can make a huge difference, and this Park Avenue restaurant is doing its part to give back to the community in their current situation. About the #InMyScrubs Challenge The #InMyScrubs Challenge started as an online fundraiser to help provide meals to hungry healthcare workers. With many of these professionals working extended shifts on the frontlines, the least the community could do is feed them. The #InMyScrubs Challenge is open for anyone to participate in, and you’re encouraged to do so if you’d like to show your support. Whether donating directly to the fundraiser or by posting a photo of yourself in your at-home “scrubs” as you stay inside, the hashtag means a lot in the current global situation. Little Beet Table is going above and beyond, dedicating their resources to feeding these healthcare workers directly. Serving Those Who Need Our Support Little Beet Table has curated a culture around the sustenance food provides, and their vegetable-forward, plant-inspired meals are just what these busy, hungry healthcare providers need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Little Beet Table is a premier plant-inspired Park Avenue restaurant NYC offers and keeps their menu healthy to keep people feeling good.

  3. Through the #InMyScrubs Challenge, Little Beet Table is delivering 250 meals per day to local hospitals. As of the time of writing, they’re projected to reach 5,000 total meals delivered with more to come. Even with Little Beet Table closed to the public, they jumped behind the food line, fired up their equipment, and started serving up fresh meals for the people that need them in the community. Food That Feels Good to Eat A big part of Little Beet Table’s philosophy is providing food that makes guests feel good. It’s this philosophy that has separated them as one of the best healthy restaurants NYC has to offer. During this #InMyScrubs Challenge, Little Beet Table is dishing out nourishing meals to power healthcare workers through this time. Little Beet Table’s offerings are vegetable-forward, and they use locally sourced ingredients where possible to create wholesome, nourishing meals for every appetite. Their menu is full of tasty selections for every appetite and meal of the day. From salads to entrees and more, thanks to the contributions of everyday people and the staff at Little Beet Table, 250 meals are being served every day to healthcare workers.
