The 5th Georgian-German School and Workshop in Basic Science, held in August 2012, focused on the development and application of an Icosahedral mesh simulator. The workshop brought together researchers and students to enhance their understanding of mesh construction and numerical methods for solving differential equations on spherical domains. Key topics included the implementation of OpenGL for graphical representation, features of the mesh structure, and numerical techniques like Explicit Euler and Runge-Kutta methods. Special thanks were extended to contributors for their invaluable support.
