  3. INTRODUCTION • The Penang Times Square is a reflection of the project itself; a colorful, vibrant self contain “urban village”. Then • The Penang times square is a strategic location which located at Jalan Dato’ Keramat. • Location: Georgetown. • Type: Mall and Condominium. • Complete: 2009 • No of block: 1 • No of stores: 21

  4. Near various well-known landmark in Georgetown, such as Komtar, The Grand Continental Hotel and The UMNO building. • The Penang times square project consist four phase on a freehold land. It also have 5th floor which including ground floor. • The developer is Ivory Properties Group.
