  10. 337调查的程序 • 申请 • 立案 （70日内可申请采取临时救济措施） • 应诉 • 听证前会议 • 取证 • 听证会 • 行政法官初裁 • 委员会复议并仲裁、总统审议 时间：一般12-15个月结束调查，复杂案件可能会延长至18个月

  11. 337调查的救济措施 • 有限排除令：禁止被告企业的侵权产品进入美国市场； • 普遍排除令：不分来源地禁止所有同类侵权产品进入美国市场； • 禁止令：即禁止侵权企业从事与侵权行为有关的行为，包括停止侵权产品在美国市场上的销售、库存、宣传、广告等； • 扣押和没收令 • 违反者每天10万美金罚金或者所涉商品2倍的罚金，两中取高
