  29. Performance of Glaslough ICW NOTE: In the Consultation Paper on Environmental Objectives (Surface Water ) Regulations 2008 the level of Molybdate Reactive Phosphorus in river water body is 0.025 mgP/l for High Status and 0.035 mg p/l for Good Status. *UWWD = Urban Waste Water Directive

  34. Conclusion The discharge from the ICW in Glaslough not only complies with the UWWD but improves the quality of the receiving waters. Average removal efficiency for key parameters > 97 % A consistently good effluent quality Low operating and maintenance costs Positive feedback from public & Castle Leslie Keen interest (Nationally & Internationally) from Industry Professionals
