Enhancing Community Learning Champions in Five Partner Countries

The ENABLE project focuses on adapting and testing the Community Learning Champions model, initially devised in the UK, in five partner countries: UK, Poland, Romania, Italy, and Greece. With 100 learners and 20 dedicated Learning Champions, the project seeks to improve the skills of at-risk groups through blended learning approaches. Utilizing resources like ICT infrastructure and training materials, the project aims for high competency levels and sustainable pathways to vocational education. Evaluation through stringent feedback mechanisms will ensure the project's effectiveness and positive impact on learners.

Aims • Adapt and test the transferability of the model of Community Learning Champions (developed within the Quiclearn project in UK) • Test the resources developed and transfer to the target groups • Increase the competence levels of groups at risk and provide progression routes into higher level skills
