General election – September 2013 • A parliamentary election was on 8.th and 9.th of September • The centre-right coalition obtained 96 seats, while the red-green coalition obtained 72 seats and the Green party obtained one. • Leader of the Conservative party, Erna Solberg was set to form a new government after Labour Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg

New Intranet - Løveporten • EPIServer CMS, Sharepoint 2010, enterprisesearch • Central features: • Live informationfeed from organizational units and workplaceswithinSharepoint • Rolebased • Responsiveuserinterface • User customisedinterface • In general • Fixedpriceproject (good for us, bad for thevendor) • Technologicalyhiglysophisticated, buteasy to implement in theorganization • Challenges • Parts are 1,5 yearafter initial plans • Contractor's lack of knowledge about enterprise search (many different databases did complicate things a lot) • Difficultcustomer / vendorrelationship during theproject • Internalproject staff must be dedicated full time

CIM - Crisismanagement system • CIM – modulebasedcrisis management system • Software As A Service • Givesus: • increasedquality in internal and externalflowofinformation during a crisis • Sharedunderstandingofthethreat or situation, givesus a better base for decidingthe best decisions • Weimplementet CIM in may 2014 • A nationalcrisis alert wasissuedonthe 24th. ofJuly • CIM was used to alert all MP’s, Partygroups and employeesaboutthecurrentsituation. • CIM wilalso be used ifcrisiswithinthe IT area happens

  16. ID card / cash card • Same experience as in Folketinget • With new RFID ID cardsintroduced in late 2011, wewereable to putmoneyintothe ID card • Result: Works reallywell– much less que in front ofthe cash register (theque at the salat bar is still therethough…. 
