Golf. Simple Golf Rules 1. If you swing and miss it does not count as a stroke. 2. If you swing and it moves no matter if it is only an inch, it counts as a stoke. 3. If the ball goes off course, and is headed for other golfers, yell “ FORE! ”.

  2. Simple Golf Rules 1. If you swing and miss it does not count as a stroke. 2. If you swing and it moves no matter if it is only an inch, it counts as a stoke. 3. If the ball goes off course, and is headed for other golfers, yell “FORE!” 4. Always replace your “Divots” • Know where your club is at all times and others • need to be aware of where your club is as well!

  4. 8. First shot off a hole the ball is put on a tee between the tee off markers. Who ever has the lowest score, hits first. Remember to stay quiet and stay behind the person hitting. Men’s Tee Women’s Tee

  6. 10.Dropping a Ball • Water Hazards • If your ball lands in the water and you • can’t find it, you may drop a ball behind the • hazard from the point it went in the water • and add 1 stroke penalty to your score. • Out of Bounds • If your ball goes out of bounds you add • a a 1 stroke penalty and play the another • Ball from the original spot. “I hate the water hazard on this hole.”

  9. Scoring = Integrity The person with the lowest score wins STROKE = Every time you hit the ball. Count the number of strokes it takes to get the ball from the tee to the cup. PAR = Then number of stokes it should take the skilled golfer from the tee to the cup. BIRDIE = One stroke under Par EAGLE= Two Strokes under Par BOGGIE= One stroke over Par
