  2. PRECIOUS METAL BANK (PMB) Clients can redeemtheir Gold at anytime. They can convert their gold to withdraw in cash or choose to take physical delivery. In order to continue receiving Monthly Gains and Bonuses, clients have to maintain a minimum of 20g in their Account Physical Gold Sizes: 20g, 100g, 500g and 1000g

  3. MONTHLY GAINS Clients in our Precious Metal Bank Program will receive fixed Monthly Gains according the quantity in the Precious Metal Bank Account. [Gold Package] 20g - 99g : 5% Per Month [Platinum Package] 100g - 499g : 7% Per Month [Diamond Package] 500g onwards: 10% Per Month Company will issue Monthly Gains based on the quantity of Gold in the client’s PMB Account. Clients can choose to convert their gold to cash at any time for withdrawal.

MONTHLY GAINS Example: 20g [Gold Package – 5% Gain Per Month] 1st January: Client Purchase 20g 1st February: 20g x 5% = 1g New quantity in PMB Account = 21g [Company issue Monthly Gains based on amount in client’s PMB Account.] 1st March: 21g x 5% = 1.05g New quantity in PMB Account = 22.05g Clients can choose to withdraw their Monthly Gains at anytime or keep it in their PMB Account to receive more monthly Gains.

SPONSOR BONUS According on the amount clients have in their PMB Accounts, they will receive referral bonuses (Sponsor Bonus) in the following percentage. 20g– 99g: Clients will receive 5％ of referred purchase. 100g – 499g: Clients will receive 7％of referred purchase. 500g onwards: Clients will receive 10％of referred purchase. All bonuses are paid out in units of Gold, which can then be converted to cash for withdrawal.

  6. SPONSOR BONUS Example: 20g [Gold Package – 5% Sponsor Bonus] You Client A 20g Client C 500g Client B 100g Sponsor Bonus: (20g+100g+500g) X 5％= 31g Sponsor Bonus will be issued directly into client’s Precious Metal Bank (PMB) Account.

PAIRING BONUS According on the amount clients have in their PMB Accounts, they will receive Pairing Bonus in the following percentage. 20g – 99g: Clients will receive 5％ of smaller group sales. 100g – 499g: Clients will receive 7％ of smaller group sales. 500g onwards: Clients will receive 10％ of smaller group sales. All bonuses are paid out in units of Gold, which can then be converted to cash for withdrawal.

  8. PAIRING BONUS Example: 20g [Gold Package – 5% Pairing Bonus] You Group A 800g Group B 1500g Pairing Bonus: 800g X 5％ = 40g Pairing Bonus will be issued directly into client’s Precious Metal Bank (PMB) Account.

PAIRING BONUS According to the quantity of Gold in client’s Precious Metal Bank (PMB) Account, there’s a daily limit of how much clients can earn in a day. 20g – 99g: Daily Pairing Bonus Limit* = 20g 100g – 499g: Daily Pairing Bonus Limit* = 100g 500g onwards: Daily Pairing Bonus Limit* = 500g As long as clients don’t hit their daily pairing bonus limit, there is no flushing of the bigger group’s sales.

GOLD MINE BONUS According on the amount clients have in their PMB Accounts, they will receive Gold Mine Bonus in the following percentage. 20g – 99g: Clients will receive 5 levels of 3% of their sponsored group pairing bonus income. 100g – 499g: Clients will receive 7 levels of 3% of their sponsored group pairing bonus income. 500g onwards: Clients will receive 10 levels of 3% of their sponsored group pairing bonus income. All bonuses are paid out in units of Gold, which can then be converted to cash for withdrawal.

  11. GOLD MINE BONUS You Example: 20g [Gold Package – 5 Levels of 3% Gold Mine Bonus] Clients will receive 3% of their sponsor group’s Pairing Bonus income for up to 5 Levels. There is NO LIMIT for client’s Gold Mine Bonus! Client A 3％ Client B 3％ Client C 3％ Client D 3％ Client E 3％

  12. GOLD MINE BONUS Example: 20g [Gold Package – 5 Levels of 3% Gold Mine Bonus] YOU Group A Income: 200g Group C Income: 1kg Group B Income: 500g Gold Mine Bonus: (200g+500g+1000g) X 3%＝ 51g Gold Mine Bonus will be issued directly into client’s Precious Metal Bank (PMB) Account

GOLD ACCUMULATION As all commission and bonuses are issued directly into every client’s Precious Metal Bank (PMB) Account and company issue fixed monthly gains based on amount of Gold in their account, all bonuses are entitled to receive Monthly Gains. This help clients to easily accumulate Gold and upgrade their packages.

  14. GOLD ACCUMULATION Example: 1st January Purchase 20g [Gold Package (5%)] You 20g Sponsor Bonus Income: 20g Gold Mine Bonus Income: 20g Pairing Bonus Income: 30g 1St February: (20g+20g+30g+20g) X 5％= 4.5g New Gold Quantity in PMB Account = 94.5g

  15. CLIENT PACKAGE UPGRADES All Client Packages and bonus calculations are based on quantity of Gold in Client’s PMB Account. Monthly Gains: 10% Bonuses：10% Gold Mine：10Levels Diamond Diamond: 500g onwards Monthly Gains: 7% Bonuses：7% Gold Mine：7 Levels Platinum Platinum: 100g - 499g Monthly Gains: 5% Bonuses：5% Gold Mine：5 Levels Gold Gold: 20g- 99g

CLIENT PACKAGE UPGRADES Example: 1st January Purchase 20g [Gold Package (5%)] You 20g Sponsor Bonus Income: 50g Gold Mine Bonus Income: 50g Pairing Bonus Income: 80g 1st February: (20g + 50g + 80g + 50g)= 200g (Promoted to Platinum Package) Therefore, Monthly Gain: 200g X 7% = 14g New Gold Quantity in PMB Account = 214g

CLIENT MONTHLY GAINS Within every member account, clients can see 3 ‘Gold Banks’ for different timeframes which will issue monthly gains at 3 different timeframes Monthly gains paid out into your gold bank account on 1st of Next Month 1－10 Purchase made on the 1st – 10th of each month Monthly gains paid out into your gold bank account on 11th of Next Month Purchase made on the 11th – 20th of each month 11－20 Monthly gains paid out into your gold bank account on 21st of Next Month Purchase made on the 21st to the last day of each month 21－31

GROUP SALES PAYOUT CONDITIONS Depending on the time of sales entered, bonuses will be paid out within the period set as per the 3 date segments below. 1－10 Sales entered from the 1st – 10th of each month Paid out into your gold bank account during 1st – 10th Sales entered from the 11th – 20th of each month Paid out into your gold bank account during 11st – 20th 11－20 Paid out into your gold bank account during 21st – end of month Sales entered from the 21st to the last day of each month 21－31

  19. PROFIT AND GROUP BONUS All bonuses are paid out in 3 segments. Profits and bonuses are calculated and paid out in grams of gold into the gold bank account.

WITHDRAWAL LIMITATIONS Withdrawal of physical gold • Client may request for withdrawal at any time • Physical gold will be issued to client 30 days after receiving request • Administrative charge of 7% applies Withdrawal of cash： • Client may convert gold to cash based on the withdrawal day price • Minimum withdrawal amount is 500USD, 5% admin charges applies • Withdrawal request can be made any day within these 2 timeframes, payout will be made depending on date of withdrawal: • 1st to 15th Withdraw >> Receive on Last Day of Month • 16th to Last Day of Month >> Receive on 15th Next Month
