  4. Joining Tanks Together Using a 65-75mm Hole Saw, drill lower connection points of each tank to be joined

  5. Fit Food Grade Rubber Connector Hose between tanks and tighten clamps each side

  6. Lay Rails Across Tank Single Tank Multiple Tanks

  7. Strapping Slide strapping over back rail and fold at front, top over bottom

  8. Secure in position and Tek Screw in place

  9. Mounting Lift assembled Freewater®tanks into position and secure back rails using supplied fixings

  10. Freewater®Tap Assembly Use either a 22mm (7/8”) Spade Blade or Hole Saw Drill hole to suit Personal location on any flat surface, not on seam or near edges

  11. 2. Grip bolt (supplied) with pliers/ multigrips. Push internal sleeve into barb, locating bolt head in tap housing 1. Insert Barbed end into 22mm hole 3. Hold bolt steady and rotate tap housing clockwise to tighten, ensuring both rubber “O” rings remain in their grooves

  12. Tighten Hose Clamps As minor settling of the rubber connector hose may occur, further tightening of the clamps may be required at the end of the install process
