  6. CREATIVE PERSONALITY

  7. Creative people are more open and flexible then less creative people in the organization. These type of people can make: • Paradigm • Think laterally • Think vertically

  8. WHAT ARE THE CONDTITONS NECESSARY FOR CREATIVITY ?

  9. Creativity takes place when three components are joined together : • Expertise • Creative thinking skill • Motivation

  10. HOW CAN A CREATIVE ATMOSPHERE CAN BE ESTABLISHED ?

  11. To establish a creative atmosphere , mangers can: Provide the right amount of job challenge . Give freedom on how to reach goals. Provide the right resources. Support creativity by giving financial & non-financial rewards . Encourage risk taking. Positive managerial relationships. Promote greater diversity in groups. Create a cause not a business.
