  3. Townsend Enterprise Park Ltd is registered as a company limited by guarantee in Northern Ireland (No 20329) and is registered as a charity for tax purposes with the Inland Revenue (No XR 93502). All Directors of Townsend Enterprise Park Ltd are unpaid volunteers The objectives of the company are: “..to encourage the development of small and medium sized businesses in this community thereby creating employment and providing a focus for the social and economic regeneration”

  16. Phase 3 All Directors of Townsend Enterprise Park Ltd are unpaid volunteers and are also Directors of CORE-VISION Ltd. Directors can also act as contractors on CORE-VISION Ltd projects and are paid professional fees on an agreed basis for this work. All profits generated by CORE-VISION Ltd are gift aided to Townsend Enterprise Park Ltd to assist in meeting the objectives of the company. Property Management
