Weekly Overview: Silent Reading, Verbs, Graphs, and Quizzes (Nov 18–22)

This week's focus includes introducing verbs, comprehension of graphs, and engaging in silent reading. Students will log their silent reading sessions and will have quizzes on spelling and vocabulary by the end of the week. The lessons will progress from linking verbs and action verbs to comparing and contrasting themes, and students will also be tasked with creating graphs and polls. Key assessments will be held on Tuesday and Friday. Additionally, there will be discussions on short stories and regular homework to strengthen language skills.
