  3. Another adjustment to NPRR522: • DSWG finalized on static values for LR • Thought to be simpler and easier for compliance • Caused issues with impact analysis and loss of accuracy • Suggest use of Forecasted TLF/DLFs for LRs • Seek WMS approval to submit comments

  4. NPRR to Limit ERS10 Deployment: • Current language has limit of 8 hours* • *unless emergency conditions persist • A number of changes since Feb. 2011 including automatic renewals • Open ended commitment is a challenge • Recommend limit of 8 hours but last deployment could last up to 4 hours regardless • Seeking WMS approval for DSWG to submit NPRR

  5. NPRR to Move ERS10 to Clearing Market: • Currently pay-as-bid • Many market participants expressed concern for years • ERS30 and WSL have clearing mechanism • More efficient behavior with clearing market • Recommend converting ERS10 to clearing market • Seeking WMS approval for DSWG to submit NPRR
