  7. Expectations • Members are Selected Based on their Own Merits & Expertise • Not Representatives of Specific Companies or Caltrans Divisions or Districts • Each Member is Expected to be Fully Empowered & Act on His/Her Own rather than on Behalf of their Companies, Supervisors or Divisions
