CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT’IN AMAÇLARI: • Açık alan,eğlence ve daha fazla sosyal etkileşim için alan yaratmak • Verimli tarım arazisi ve planlı sanayileşmeyi korumak. • Yağmur suyu yönetiminde optimal bir düzenleme(sel,toprak erozyonunu azaltır,doğal drenaj yaratır) • Topografyaya uygun doğayı ve çevreyi koruyan bir plan • Kümelenme ile oluşan yakın mesafe altyapı maliyetlerini azaltıp ekonomiye katkı sağlar.

  4. WİLLİAM HOLLİNGSWORTH WHYTE Şehir plancısı William Whytekentte kamu yaşamını ön planda tutmak için “ClusterDevelopment”(1964) adlı kitabını yazdı.
