New Energy Re-Cycling Feature When the fence controller is lightly loaded, (for example, when connected to clean strip grazing fence) much of the pulse energy available to the fence is not used. Rather than waste this energy, the electronics in the PS15 recycles it back into the storage capacitors, resulting in a possible 25% reduction in battery energy drain.
