  4. Login: • Typical authentication and authorization scheme, with SSL encryption enabled to protect the confidentiality of pre-release forecasts. Sign In

  5. Reviewer Summary: Shows the Reviewers a high level summary of forecasts to which they have been linked, with any suggested revisions they have made. Local Reviewer

  6. Reviewer Details: • Allows the Reviewer to see the historical data by level or percent growth, the forecast values, and to suggest a revised forecast with a comment about why the change should be considered. Local Reviewer

  7. Edit User Profile: • Allows Analysts and Reviewers to view and edit profile and contact information. Local Reviewer

  8. Manage Reviewers: • Allows the Analyst to add contacts and link them to areas/forecasts for review. State Analyst

  9. Manage Data: • Allows the Analyst to upload forecasts for the state and/or local areas. Forecast files are extracted from Projections Suite, or are analyst created .CSV files that match a specified format. State Analyst

  10. Comment Review Summary: • Provides the Analyst a high level summary of the comments and revisions provided by local reviewers with views organized by Reviewer or by Forecast/Projection. State Analyst

  11. Comment Review Details: • Shows the Analyst the forecast details as well as all of the suggested revisions made by the local reviewers. State Analyst
