Decay Properties of Nuclei from 48Ca-Induced Reactions

This study examines the decay properties of various nuclei produced in 48Ca-induced reactions, focusing on half-lives and α-particle energies. The analysis is based on a comprehensive set of decay chains observed, including elements 113 to 118. The number of events used for calculations and the corresponding branching ratios are presented, with attention to the accuracy given the observed counts. This research contributes to our understanding of heavy element decay and the stability of superheavy nuclei, providing insights into their nuclear behavior.
