  2. What is Anxiety? When a person is under a lot of stress, the body exhibits a natural reaction depending on the amount of stress that a person is undergoing, which is called Anxiety. Some common examples of Anxiety include your first day at work or school, an ongoing project at work, or an important meeting. All of these events contribute to tension, physical changes in the body or other worries. Anxiety is a common feeling that people experience throughout their lifetime. But if a person has constant encounters with Anxiety attacks every day or over several days in a month, then it is known to be an Anxiety disorder. We need to know the exact cause of your Anxiety problem to be able to draw the exact solution for the condition you are facing.

  3. Common symptoms of Anxiety:  • Being constantly tensed, nervousness, restlessness • Insomnia • Digestive or gastrointestinal problems • Rapid heart rate or deep breathing • Panic attacks, feeling of a threat, or a dread • Lethargy or weakness  • Muscle twitching

  5. What is Dementia? Dementia is a medical condition characterized by many symptoms, such as cognitive difficulties, memory loss, and social difficulties. The common effects of this medical condition are the loss of memory, differential thinking, behavioral changes, and changes in the ability to perform day-to-day activities. Dementia research has found that patients who have Dementia have a big impact on their families and well-wishers as well.

  6. How is Dementia different from Alzheimer’s disease? People often confuse Dementia with Alzheimer’s disease. Some noticeable changes include: • A group of symptoms ranging from Memory loss, social difficulties, and cognitive abilities contribute to Dementia. • Whereas, Alzheimer’s is a progressive disease, and memory loss increases over time. This is known to be the most common cause of Dementia. • There are other forms of Dementia, such as frontotemporal dementia, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, and so on.

  8. Statistics of a study on Dementia: • Approximately, on average, 50 million people have Dementia around the world • Every year there are around 10 million new cases of Dementia  • 50-70% of all cases of Dementia are caused due to Alzheimer’s disease.
