  3. What you may not know about the Life Choices Foundation is that we also work with prisoners, detainees andothers suffering from harmful and abusive behaviours. Often people become trapped in a negative cycle and don’t know how to get out of it. It’s a sad fact but people can’t be expected to do something they don’t know how to do.

  4. Therefore, we strive to empowerpeople by providing them with knowledge, advice and guidance so they have the information and skills they need to make better choices and improve their lives. As we say “It’s your life so make it count!”.

  5. Something else a lot of peoplemay not be aware of is that Foundation offers a range ofpresentations, each suited to a particular audience. This is one reason why the presentations are so popular. the Life Choices

  6. Rather than a lecture, the Life Choices presentations encourage thought and expression. Only by the sharing of experiences can others realise what they have in common, and that if others in the same situation can rise to the top and shine, then so can they! freedom of
