  2. S&R Engineer Team BonusWinter Warmer • CHI, working with S&R, are launching a new Engineer “Winter Warmer” team recognition bonus for you and your colleagues. Your best advice is critical to end 2011 on a high and to get 2012 off to a flying start. • This bonus is in addition to both individual and team reward for a CHI validated leads. • The campaign will run for two months, with a team bonus on offer for each month, so every SM / Engineer Team has an opportunity to claim the reward in both December and January. • December Winter Warmer Bonus – 5th Dec 2011 and 1st Jan 2012 (W/c 28th Nov to 4th Dec – bonus wk leads will count) • January Winter Warmer Bonus – 2nd Jan 2012 to 29th Jan 2012 • The “Winter Warmer” bonus will be paid into the SM/Engineer Team Qdos account for you to do something with locally as a team.

  3. Winter Warmer - Engineer Team Bonus • Rules:- • SM / Engineer Team has an opportunity to claim the bonus in both December and January • If SM / Engineer Team is < 85% of HU Budget for the month, then the bonus will be reduced by £2 per engineer - need to maintain balance with the right advice for the customer • If SM / Engineer Team is < 21% CHI Validated Lead to Sale Conversion for the month, then the bonus will be reduced by £2 per engineer - important to maintain the lead quality and best advice for the right CHIRP reason. • Bonus will be paid into SM Team Qdos Account - must be spent by 30th March 2012 (2011/12 tax year) A team of 15 engineers could share £600 if they claim the reward in both months!
