  • Notification of impending requirements is made publicly,

    • Posting sources sought or a synopsis through the
    • Government Point of Entry (GPE) – e.g. FedBizOpps
    • and Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI)
    • Advance Acquisition Forecast
  • Fort Hood relies mainly on synopsizing through GPE,
