How to succeed Motivation in the work place • You need to be at your best • You can only truly be at your best when you are motivated to work with the proper inner drive • Everything can seamlessly fall into place • When you can go home and be proud of what you have accomplished during that day • You can be satisfied with your work ethic and attitude • You are truly living life the way it was meant to be lived.

Promote Lifelong Learning You can develop lifelong learning traits: • By showing curiosity about Setting Goals and Time Management. • By seeking Skill, Not Will. • By persisting in seeking out new solutions. • By using your unique talents and intelligence to promote positive change. • By learning and applying technology tools to solve problems.

Work Place Training being Effective • Differing Learning Styles • Generation Gaps • Language and Literacy Barriers • Training Consistency • Turnover and Absenteeism • Environmental, Social and Corporate Responsibility The more important point is that the evolution of training is an ongoing process – one in which we all participate.

  7. My Pledge as a Graduate The most effective means of harassment prevention is the right to a harassment-free workplace. Which Discrimination can affect all staff who have a role to play in creating a workplace culture that operates in an atmosphere of trust, respect, and open communication.
