Accessing Books and Other Materials • Find books, videos, music, and government documents at Polk Library using the online catalog • Includes access to electronic books • Search by title, author, or subject • Use your account to renew materials • Access using your 16-digit Titan Card Number and your last name

Accessing Articles Electronically • Find journal, magazine, and newspaper articles in electronic databases through the library website • Grouped by subject on main page • May be accessed from on-campus or off-campus at any time of the day • Access off-campus using your NetID username and password

Requesting Materials from Another Library • Can’t find a book or article here at the library? • Universal Borrowing (UB) • Request books, movies, and music from other UW Libraries: picked up at the Checkout Desk, 1st Floor North • InterLibrary Loan (ILL) • Request articles not owned by Polk Library: sent directly to your e-mail account
