BIOGRAPHY • Born on October 28,1955 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India • Joined PepsiCo in 1994 • Chairperson and CEO of PepsiCo since 2006 • Married. 2 daughters • Listed: • Time 's 100 Most Influential People in The World in 2007 and 2008 • Fortune #1 most powerful woman in business in 2009 and 2010 • Forbes #2 most powerful woman in 2014

CAREER • After completion of MBA, Nooyi’s first job was with Tootal ,a British textile company . • She was product manager at Johnson & Johnson. • director of international corporate strategy projects for Boston Consulting Group in 1980 • she joined Motorola in 1986 as the vice-president and director of corporate strategy & planning. • She moved to Asea Brown Boveri in 1990 and spent four years as vice president (corporate strategy & planning).

  6. 5 C’s MODEL • Competence - You have to stand out from the pack and be a life-long student to remain ahead in your field • Courage and Confidence - You have to establish your knowledge base and be confident in it as a leader • Communication - You have to constantly invest in oral and written communication to be able to continually motivate your followers • Consistency - You should be consistent in the way you operate. Remaining steady, reliable and determined allows for credibility and a baseline for your successes and failures • Compass - You should always do you work based on you own compass and integrity. Keep it true to yourself

CONCLUSION • After Reading About Indra Nooyi I concluded that saw a dream high and if we have Decided to get something we have to put effort to get it as a women if we want anything we also reach a that position. • Be live a simple life. • In this male dominated world, for a woman to find her own space and leave behind all men and to reach the very top requires a very high degree of tenacity.
