When to backup your PDA:
If you are using the Address Book or the Calender, try to backup at least once a week and after any major changes
to the information kept on the PDA.
You may need to scroll up or down the page with the slider bar on the right of the screen.
The top option should be Backup (All). If not, use the pull down menu to select that option.
Use the pull down menu to select the SD card as the Destination.
Tap Start Button
If this text box pops up - don’t panic - it means that not all applications have been shut down.
Select the Running Programs tab at the bottom.
Highlight by tapping the running program and tap the Stop button.
Go back and close any open applications
