  2. General Agenda • Reading of 1/27/11 Executive Meeting Minutes • Election of Scribe • Ratification of ’10-’11 ASABE Student Branch Constitution • $25 Student Branch Fee • Possible Spring Break Trip? • Any Other Points of Discussion

Election of Scribe • Duties of the Scribe: • Making posters/doing event promotion • Figuring out room reservations if we ever want a different room • If we ever go on a trip, making reservations, planning transportation, etc • Planning transportation for events • Basically, making sure the logistics of things are in order. They wouldn't be solely in charge of planning events, just in charge of delegating to make sure all the logistic issues get worked out

  5. Ratification of ’10-’11 ASABE Student Branch Constitution • Basics of what the constitution says -Questions?? • Vote for the ratification of the constitution -Need a 2/3 majority for ratification

  6. $25 Student Branch Fee • We can’t get money from the department for this • Can everyone just chip in a couple bucks, or do we need more structure than that?

  7. Possible Spring Break Trip? • Kayla has offered to host a group in her basement • KAYLA: What were you thinking here? • Who would be interested in a trip? • How long would people be interested in? • What days of spring break would be best?
