Enhancing Customs Management Capacity in the Caribbean: CCMP Overview

The Caribbean Customs Law Enforcement Council (CCLEC) aims to build the capacity of its member countries' Customs administrations through the Customs Management Program (CCMP). Established in the 1970s, with a formal MoU signed by 22 countries in 1989, CCLEC has grown to include 38 members. The CCMP focuses on improving management, border security, and trade facilitation via education and cooperation. The structured programs lead to certificates and diplomas in Customs Management, delivered through online and face-to-face training by certified instructors.
