Measures to move freight transport from road to sea and railway • Change the organisation and management of infrastructure and means of transport • Improve the infrastructure connecting ports and railway terminals with trunk roads • Concentrate cargo in nodes and corridors • Promote use of containers and semi trailers • Increase the efficiency in freight terminals, sea and railway transport • Adjust taxes and fees • Improve the information of intermodal transport services • Remove bottle necks in intermodal cross border freight transport
