Day 1 Actions WGCV-43-01 WGCV Chair (Thome) to contact WGISS Chair (Albani) regarding telecom to finalize actions and outcomes from Joint WGISS/WGCV meeting from April 10, 2018 Due date – SIT-33 WGCV-43-02 Telecon between WGCV topic leads from WGISS/WGCV Joint session at WGCV-43 and WGISS topic leads to finalize actions, outcomes from joint meeting and possible collaborations with SST-VC and LSI-VC Due date - June 30, 2018

Day 2 Actions WGCV-43-03 Develop set of “charts” clearly describing three WGCV collaborative activities with other CEOS VCs or WGs that becomes a template for an updateable outreach activity for the WGCV web site Actionees: IVOS delegate (Wooliams); Medhavy; Stensaas Due Date: May 31, 2018 Comment: WGCV-43-04 Incorporate results of WGCV-43-03 into the WGCV web site Actionees: WGCV Secretariat Due Date: August 14, 2018

Day 3 Actions WGCV-43-05 Coordinate with WGCV to identify fundamental WGCV activities that are currently part of WGCV by polling WGCV members for WGCV-related activities with students, interns, outreach, educational activities Actionees: Vice Chair Due Date: WGCV-44 Comment: Several presentations indicated that there are multiple activities related to training, teaching, and outreach including efforts to improve consistency of terminology

Day 3 Actions WGCV-43-06 Definitions of validation Supersites across WGCV subgroups need to be defined in a consistent fashion to allow ease of communication through the WGCV website Actionees: LPV and IVOS chair Due Date: WGCV-44 Comment: Material in LPV and IVOS Subgroup talks included results and discussions of Supersites. Both will likely be part of the joint WGISS/WGCV activities and ensuring we are consistent within WGCV is useful. In addition, coordination of the terminology should lead to coordinated methods for making these sites available via the WGCV web site

  6. Day 3 Actions WGCV-43-07 Two leads are to be identified for developing a WGCV ACIX report based on the ACIX peer-reviewed paper Actionees: P. Goryl, A. von Bargen Due Date: May 1, 2018 WGCV-43-08 WGCV ACIX report to be submitted to WGCV for approval to be forwarded to WGCV Secretartiat for inclusion on the WGCV website Actionees: ACIX report leads (TBD via WGCV-43-07) Due Date: Aug. 01, 2017

Day 3 Actions WGCV-43-09 Pre-launch Workshop organizing committee to propose a draft agenda of topics for pre-launch workshop with proposed dates of workshop Actionees: Workshop Organizing Committee Leads (N. Fox, A. von Bargen) Due Date: May 31, 2018 WGCV-43-10 Prepare a study task plan broadly describing WGCV activities in response to characterizing the assessment of CARD4L parameters to be distributed to WGCV members for comment Actionees: M. Thankapan, K. Thome Due Date: May 31, 2018
