Liability prevention • From the outset of project planning and decision-making and implementation • project location, design, installation, operation, and decommissioning, liability prevention is essential. Depending on insurance as a substitute for solid planning is a poor practice • The key is diligence throughout planning and implementation of your project. If an unauthorized person climbs a turbine or wind instrument tower, it may be viewed as an “attractive nuisance” for which the owner may be held liable.
