Marco Zompetti is a highly skilled hunter with a laundry list of achievements to his name. Marco Zompettiu2019s father Louie Zompetti, Sr being a passionate hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman always encouraged him to pursue outdoor activities, especially hunting. He would often take Marco and his brother on annual hunting trips to Massachusetts and Vermont. As a result of the exposure Marco got, he was able to use bow and arrow and other primitive firearms for hunting mature whitetail bucks at quite a young age.

Marco Zompetti – A Well-Accomplished Hunter • Marco Zompetti is a highly skilled hunter with a laundry list of achievements to his name. • He has achieved the rare feat of shooting a 200lb 9 point buck with a 23.5 inch inside spread. • The buck even went on to win Maine’s prestigious Northern Outdoors Rack of the Year award in 2003.

Here’s Why He Spends More Time Scouting than Hunting • Zompetti spends more time scouting than hunting. • According to him, scouting is one of the keys to understanding the nature of deer. • He starts scouting within a few weeks of the end of every hunting season, and continues until he is able to find and pattern some big bucks.

Marco Zompetti Is Also the Membership and Veteran’s Director of the NBBC • Marco Zompetti is the Membership and Veteran’s Director of The Northeast Big Buck Club (NBBC). • Recently, he administered The NBBC Military Service Awards program alongside USAF Veteran, and USAF Dept. of Defense Acquisition Program Manager, Hanscom AF.
