Health Disparities • Health disparities in minority neighborhoods can be, in part, attributed to such factors as relatively poor access to health care, lower-quality outdoor and indoor environments, inadequate health education, and fewer opportunities for safe recreation. http://ksgaccman.harvard.edu/hotc
