If you want to be fit and healthy you should follow the simplerules. Youshouldn’t : • Eatfastfood • Smoke and drug • Drink alcohol • Lead a sedentarylifestyle • Live inconstantstress Youshould : • Eathealthyfood • Play sports • Sleep 7-8 hours • Avoidstress • Drink water • Relax

Itisimportantthat : • Eatthe most fruits and vegetables – theyprovideuswithessentialvitamins • Alsoeatmeat, but alwaysinmodertation, then we will have a slimfigure and healthy body • Drink a liter of waterdaily • Cut down on fattyfood • Don’t drink alcohol Youmustremember, to eat 4,5 mealsdaily but most importantisbreakfast. Youshouldmorningeatlight and nutritiousmeal. Alsoimportantis lunch and dinner. Youshouldeverydayeatatthe same time and eatdifferent products.
