  3. Simpler frequently asked questions Why is Simpler giving me anError message? When FRP8 is down….Simpler is usually down as well. Simpler synchronizes its data every morning to the FRP8 environment, meaning that when it is newly synchronized, it will provide you with activity up through “yesterday.” NOTE: When FRP8 is down, more often you will get data from the most recent sync process.

Simpler frequently asked questions Why doesn’t Simpler match my PeopleSoft Query? • Many departments set up their PeopleSoft queries to do two things that Simpler does not: • Simpler does not include today’s transactions. • (Based on FRP8 environment-yesterday’s YTD) • Simpler only includes transactions that have posted to the general ledger. • (Many queries have been set to include transactions that haven’t posted yet. Simpler won’t reflect these)
