Engagement Overview SAP : CIO India Program SAP Biz Reporting SAP Integrated Forecasting Solutions SAP Desktop SAP Biz Planning & Control ITSCM – SDM (SAS/BO) ITSCM – RF&P SAP Business Reporting - (SAP BR) An enterprise-wide information hub that enables analysis of data from SAP Financials , Human Resources, Sales and other business applications, including legacy systems. SAP BR also supports SAP Custom Reporting an Ad-hoc Report generation tool. It is accessed ONLY by a select group of individuals at Accenture having specialized reporting requirements. SAP Integrated Forecasting Solution(SAP IFS) The standard financial and resource forecasting application for Accenture. It is an enterprise tool that impacts all management entities that perform financial and resource forecasting, this includes Client Teams, CSGs, OUs, OG, GPs and GUs. SAP Enterprise Portal (sap.accenture.com) – SAP Desktop The single point of access to all the Corporate SAP Systems of Accenture. With a single-sign-on and security based login it gives SAP access to all the business users of Accenture throughout the Globe. SAP BPC, ITSCM – SDM and RF&P The new FY11 SAP Initiatives to support the HR Transformation Program and TGP 2.0. Currently these initiatives are in staffing fulfillment mode.

Responsibility for Key Tasks • SAP Business Reporting : • Year End Close , Month End & Mid Month Close • SIR Development for the Releases & others (Emergency-Break-Fix / Rekey’s / Flex-Reports) • Participation in resolution of major P1 & P2 Production issues. • Execution of testing plans being part of SAP core release testing team • Contribution to the Global CIO SAP Operational Excellence initiative • SAP Integrated Forecasting Solution : • Monthly and Quarterly Data Loading & Data patrol activities in production & staging environments • Development of SIR , Regression and Product Testing • Resolution of Remedy Tickets • SAP Desktop : • Delivery of SIR’s for forthcoming SAP Releases • Resolution of Remedy Tickets • Supporting Automated Testing , Daily Performance Metrics , Weekly website pulse. 5

FY10 Key Accomplishments • SAP Business Reporting : • Successful completion of all Month End & Mid Month Close on time. • Development Teams completed 70 + SIR’s for Release 10.0 - 10.3 • SAP BR IDC Team actively participated in all the major P1 & P2 Production issues during the quarter. • SAP BR IDC was part of Release 10.0 - 10.3 core testing team for BR & IFS and completed the all the testing activity successfully. • SAP BR OpsEx Team has delivered significant result while working in the Operation Excellence initiative like Bookmark program design , Optimization of Employee Master Data Flow etc. • SAP Integrated Forecasting Solution : • Successful transition of new USFedMP IFS loads and data patrolling. • Development of 30 + SIR , Rekey’s , Regression and Product Testing • Development of re-usable tool sets. • SAP Desktop : • Delivery of SIR’s For R10.1 – 10.3 • Resolution of Remedy Tickets • Supporting Automated Testing , Daily Performance Metrics , Weekly website pulse. 6

FY10 - Key Accomplishments • Customer Satisfaction • Within first 3 months of delivery IFS India got CTSS rating of 7/7 • IFS team ramped up > 100 % due to high client satisfaction. • People • Refreshed pyramid for SAP BR and Desktop successfully with new joiners • Recognised best performers with ACE and Start of the Month Awards. • SIP & Business Operations • Achieved SIP savings of US$ 40K for SAP BR and IFS • Refreshed pyramid for SAP Desktop successfully with new joiners • Reduced the LCR to US$ 15.00/Hr there by lowering the End-to-End LCR Beyond Delivery • India Team successfully delivered first BO POC for CIO SAP Program • Team delivered presentation in SAP TechEd, Webinar. • Helped in RFP of Other BI Project , SME Support Innovation • Developed new assets like Query Purge and BW Sizing model which are not part of SAP asset library 7

FY11 - Plans • Customer Satisfaction • Target CTSS (Customer Technology Satisfaction Survey) score of 7 on7 • People • Enabled people to take up newer – additional responsibilities in CIO projects, even outside the CIO-06 Delivery Unit • SIP & Business Operations • Target SIP savings of US$ 50+ K (By Asset re-use , RTL , Automation etc.) Deliveries • Partner with Global CIO team on brining newer SAP work in India • Start and deliver POC on new technology area like Business Object / SAS • Focus on application / Team alignment with Global Strategy Roadmaps (BR – IFS) • Learn new technologies like BPC and establish CoE Innovation • Resource sharing between BR & IFS to improve productivity and provide challenging role to the team members 8
