高血压的併发 症. 一 脑 血 管 病. 1. 脑 溢血. 1) 突然昏迷， 不省人事（多有情绪激动为诱因） 2) 常大小便失禁 3) 数小时或几天后清醒，昏迷深或呼吸道堵塞者多死亡。 4) 出血量小， 头痛， 固定不移，较剧烈， 多呈刺痛 5) 后遗症 偏瘫， 语言智能障碍 抢救： 尽早平卧或侧卧，保守呼吸道畅通，送医院 早期，针灸等中西医治疗. 2. 脑血栓 单瘫， 活动不便， 肢体疼痛. 3. 脑梗塞 凶险，常突然昏迷死亡. 二 . 高 血压性心脏病 心 衰
