Important Information for New Application Submissions

Please note that from 14th to 31st March 2014, during the "Dead Period," our Planning and Building Development Management District Offices will not accept new development application submissions or payments. However, certain services like pre-consultation meetings and zoning queries will still be available. The processing of active applications submitted before the period will continue as usual.

  1. Important information for new applications / submissions • The "Dead Period," is a time where limited services will be provided at the counters. No new development application submissions or payments transactions can be made. The Planning and Building Development Management District Offices will not process any new submissions during this period: 14 - 31 March 2014 • The following services will still be rendered at the counters: • Pre-consultation meetings • Enquiries to the status of applications already in the system • Collecting of approved/ refused/ amended and withdrawn plans • Zoning queries • Inspection notices • The business process for all active applications submitted before the 14th of March 2014 will continue as normal
