PROYECTO PILOTO PARA VOTO ELECTRONICO • En octubre se realizará la convocatoria a elecciones regionales y del 18 de ese mes y hasta el 15 de noviembre se efectuarán los registros de candidaturas. • La campaña electoral está prevista del 7 al 20 de febrero, del 2014 y el 23 son los comicios para elegir, en total, cinco mil 652 cargos. • En todo el país se escogerán mil 305 concejales urbanos y rurales, a nivel de parroquias cuatro mil 80 dirigentes, alcaldes serán 221 y prefectos y viceprefectos 46.
